The bright living area offers space to relax after active days. The ground floor is complemented by a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two with double beds and balconies with mountain views, and one with a twin bed – perfect for children or friends. A large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer ensures comfort. Underfloor heating creates a cozy atmosphere all year round, while outside, a terrace and garden furniture invite you to relax. Two carport parking spaces and a communal electric vehicle charging station are available. As part of a well-maintained complex, guests also have access to facilities in the main building (100 meters away, Vicky Apartments): a sauna, infrared cabin, billiards, and an adventure playground for children. Numerous opportunities open up right outside the door: summer hikes along forest or panoramic trails, excursions along the St. Francis Trail, or a visit to the Salvenaland amusement park with a swimming lake (10 km).
