Designed for guests who seek refined privacy, the complex is fully gated with electronically controlled access, underground parking, and even VIP tunnel access for the Frontline villas, ensuring complete separation from outside traffic and noise.



With a total covered area of 341㎡ and overall grounds extending to 470㎡, Villa Nemesis provides a luxurious and spacious setting for up to eight guests. The villa is arranged across two levels, with an elevator for added convenience. Four elegantly appointed bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, television, safe, and individual door locks, some offering stunning sea views. Interiors are finished to the highest specification, combining modern technology with contemporary elegance, and the entire property is fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort. A private swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area, surrounded by landscaped gardens, a sun terrace, and dining space, perfect for both leisure and entertaining.



Guests have access to an impressive selection of amenities within the complex, including the Clubhouse which serves as the hub of social and leisure activity. Please note that certain services and activities, such as spa treatments, yacht hire, watersports, private excursions, and chef at the villa, incur additional charges payable locally. A refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. Pets are not permitted at the property.



Check-in is from 16:00, with early check-in available subject to availability, while check-out is by 10:00 with express departure options provided. Guests will receive an email with full arrival instructions five days prior to their stay, and staff will be available at the property to welcome them upon arrival.
