rental property offers air-conditioning and sleeps up to 7 people with

The villa features two double bedrooms sharing an en-suite bathroom, a
twin bedroom with its own en-suite W/C, and an additional family
bathroom.

dining area, comfortable sofas and Satellite TV. There are sea views
from the living room.

The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,

oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
