The nearby Duke Shopping Centre is located 100 meters from the property, here you will find all amenities including many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A further 700 meters will take you to Playa Del Duque beach which is one of the most prestigious beaches on the island. The accommodation has all amenities nearby therefore car hire is not required.
