Double room for single use with TV, Wi-Fi and double bed, located in the 5th floor apartment with lift, just 20 meters from Modena central station. The guest has access to equipped kitchen, living room and two bathrooms with shower, to share with other guests. Bed linen and towels included. Managed by Agenzia Farini di Luisa Farini.

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower (one of them also with bathtub), kitchen and living room, to be shared with other guests of the house, respecting the rules of good manners

In the meantime, you can tell us what time you have planned your arrival, whether you are travelling by train, plane or car, so that we can welcome you and check-in quickly and easily.



Getting Around:

The apartment is located in the square of the Modena Central Train Station.

The center can be reached on foot and a few meters away there is a bus station with which you can reach anything you can
