• The attic features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub. 
• Two of the bedrooms have fantastic views of the Douro River. 
• The street is very quiet, as there's no car access.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

• The street, which has existed since medieval times, connects to the Escadas dos Guindais.
• Walk to the old city walls, the funicular, and the bars and shops downtown. 
• Walk to the world-famous Dom Luis Bridge (built by Gustav Eiffel's disciple Théophile Seyrig, 1886), which you can see from the house's bedrooms. 
• An easy walk to the riverbank at Ribeira and the Port wine cellars across the river. All within a 10-15-minute radius. 

TRANSPORT

• The house is right in the center of Porto, and you can visit the main attractions on foot. 
• The area is very well served by a good public transportation network, offering many options at a reasonable price. 
• You can catch the traditional tram 200 meters from the house, as well as the 'Funicular dos Guindais', which goes down (and up) to the river. 
• The nearest metro stations (São Bento and Bolhão) are a 10-15-minute walk away, and there are buses and shuttles within a 5-minute walk, as is the São Bento train station.
