Villa Sicilia develops on two floors.

The ground floor features a cosy living area with comfortable furnishings, an equipped kitchen and dining space, and a well-sized bathroom with a shower. A spacious double bedroom adjoins the living area, offering comfort and relaxation. A large window provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Accessed via an external stairway, the upper floor includes two generous bedrooms with charming wood-beamed ceilings and another bathroom with a shower. The villa's two-floor layout makes it ideal for families traveling with relatives or two couples seeking both privacy and shared spaces.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (open from March 1st to November 30th) with hydro-massage corner and stunning views across the sea. There is a covered terrace with with seating area and sea views, making this a truly hidden gem for those looking for a relaxing place.
