The bathroom, equipped with a modern shower, is accessible from the living area.

The villa provides exceptional privacy and unparalleled views of Castellammare del Golfo across the azure waters. The private swimming pool,(6 x 3 meters, 1.40 meters deep; open from April 1 to November 30th) bordered by a rustic stone terrace, blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape and offers a tranquil space for sunbathing tucked away by the hillside. At the front of the villa, a covered veranda serves as a delightful spot to take in panoramic vistas of the hillside and the crystal-clear waters of Guidaloca. Furnished with plush sofas and an outdoor dining table, the veranda is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals or gazing at the starry Sicilian sky.
