The interior is warm and contemporary, with a light-filled open plan living and dining area that flows through two sets of full-height doors out to the sun soaked terrace. Steps lead up from the living space to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and onward to the sleeping quarters which are ideally position at either side of kitchen. Neutral, earthy tones and contemporary lighting unite to create a calming interior ambience, while large windows and terrace doors frame the sea views and flood the space with natural light.

Outside, Avaton is built for living. Multiple terrace areas allow you to enjoy the panoramic vistas from various viewpoints. Guests have the choice of a sunken seating area with fire pit, a shaded dining terrace, in-built barbecue area plus the key ingredient, an inviting infinity style pool.

The location is another strong appeal. Agia Effimia remains wonderfully authentic, a traditional harbour village full of waterfront tavernas, cafés, bakeries, local shops and a small marina. For sea and beach lovers, Myrtos (7.2 km) is a short drive away and known for its dramatic cliffs, white pebble shore and brilliant blue waters.  Both Melissani Lake (9 km) and the Drogarati Caves (14 km) are easily accessible for day trips.
