Indoor facilities
Villa Archontariki can accommodate up to 8 guests and is built on two levels connected by an interior staircase. It offers all modern amenities, featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and an entertainment room with a small fitness corner and games, including table tennis. The villa is located next to a charming traditional taverna and just 1 km from the beach.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a total of four bathrooms. On the lower floor, there is a large living area with a TV and an entertainment room, while the kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, covering every need of the guests.
Villa Archontariki also offers air conditioning and central heating, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and a laptop-size safe. Security is ensured with an alarm system and CCTV. Guests can enjoy daily maid service and laundry services, along with high-quality cotton linens, bathrobes, slippers, and luxury bathroom cosmetics. The villa also provides a hairdryer, outdoor parking, a garden with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor lounge and dining area.
The private heated pool and tastefully designed outdoor areas create the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment. Upon arrival, a welcome basket with Cretan treats, fresh fruits, olive oil, wine, raki, and fresh eggs awaits you, offering an authentic taste of Cretan hospitality.

Outdoor facilities
A big private heated swimming pool is located in a well-manicured, lush garden, providing a comfortable, tranquil, relaxed environment for the guests. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue area are also available. Large balconies and verandas on each floor, all equipped with patio furniture, offer fascinating views of the blue sea and the beautiful landscape. In the outside area, a colourful grassy garden with palm trees, lemon trees, and many other flowers and plants, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside, is one of the things that will give you the relaxation and joy that you need in this villa.

*Heated Pool
We would like to kindly inform you that the swimming pool can be heated for free upon request. Please kindly note that we require to let us know if you wish this facility at least 3 days prior to arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
