The Space:

Located within a premium resort near La Cala de Mijas, the apartment combines comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities for a memorable stay in Southern Spain.
Step outside onto the generous terrace and enjoy uninterrupted sea views throughout the day. Designed for outdoor living, the space features an alfresco dining area, a private sunbed, and your own plunge pool, perfect for cooling off or unwinding with sunset drinks. Whether you are starting the day with coffee in the sun or ending it with a quiet dip, this terrace offers one of the best viewpoints in the resort.
Inside, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, flat-screen TV, and modern finishes. One bedroom also enjoys direct access to the terrace. The open-plan living area is bright and contemporary, featuring a comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sleek kitchen with a central island, ideal for cooking, dining, and socialising. The property is not suitable for more than four guests.
Guests have full access to the private apartment and terrace, as well as the resort’s shared facilities, which include two communal swimming pools, one of which is heated seasonally, landscaped gardens, and a variety of on-site conveniences. These include restaurants, a bakery, small shops, a children’s play area, and a resort train offering hop-on, hop-off transport to the beach and nearby dining spots. A gym is also available within the complex with paid access.
The location is ideal for exploring Mijas Costa and the surrounding area. The beach is approximately a ten-minute walk away, while La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola can be reached in around five minutes by car. Marbella and Málaga are easily accessible via the coastal road or public transport, and buses operate nearby. The apartment includes free private garage parking, with additional street parking available, making it suitable for guests with or without a car.
Additional comforts include free high-speed Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment, and regular plunge pool maintenance carried out weekly on Wednesdays. Check-in is available from 16:00, with check-out by 11:00.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Urb Polarsol, also known as Santa Barbara Heights, a peaceful residential area within the wider Wyndham resort in Mijas Costa. The setting is elevated and quiet, offering sea views and a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to beaches, restaurants, and local towns.
While the apartment sits within the Wyndham resort grounds, it is a privately owned holiday home and is not operated, managed, or serviced by Wyndham. Guests enjoy independent, self-catered accommodation with the added benefit of being surrounded by resort-style facilities and landscaped communal areas.
Within easy walking distance, guests will find resort restaurants, cafés, a bakery, small shops, swimming pools, gardens, and a children’s play area. A complimentary hop-on, hop-off resort train connects different areas of the resort and provides convenient access to the beach and dining areas.
The neighbourhood is well positioned between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, both just a short drive away. Public transport and nearby road connections make it easy to explore the Costa del Sol, including Marbella and Málaga, while returning to a calm, secure setting at the end of the day.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy whether you have a car or prefer to rely on local transport. The apartment includes free private garage parking, with additional street parking available nearby, making it convenient for guests who wish to explore the Costa del Sol by car. The coastal road provides quick access to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Málaga.
For guests without a car, the resort offers a free shuttle bus running approximately every 30 minutes, connecting key areas of the resort with the beach and dining zones. A complimentary hop-on, hop-off resort train also operates within the complex, making it easy to move around without walking uphill.
Local buses and taxis are available nearby, providing straightforward connections to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, and surrounding areas. Málaga Airport is easily reached by car or public transport, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free.

Interaction with Guests:
We meet guests at check-in.
Check-in closes at 20:00 after which time the only way to collect keys is via the airport transfer chauffeur service or key delivery at the airport. This must be arranged well in advance of your arrival date.
We leave guests to enjoy their stay but are available to assist with issues.
The plunge pool cleaner comes every Wednesday or Thursday - by booking you automatically give them access to the apartment on those dates (not optional)
Our working hours are: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm.
