The holiday apartment is approximately 120m² in size, is located on the first floor, and consists of a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a hallway with a reading and play area, a utility room, and a small living room. It is accessible via a separate entrance and features a loggia and roof terrace. With its numerous large windows, the apartment is very spacious and bright. For the colder seasons, the apartment has a fireplace in the living area.
