The apartment is located in the center , 150 meters from the sea. It is a cozy and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. There is a central air conditioning system that provides cooling in winter and summer, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round. There is also a swimming pool the premises . When you check into the apartment, you will be charged an insurancefee of 200 euros ( in cash ) . If there is no damage , for insurance fee will be refunded.
