Part of the exclusive Divel Villas complex, Divel Ervin Villa is a newly built residence that harmoniously combines minimalist architecture, refined comfort, and modern luxury. Situated in the peaceful seaside area of Anisaras, just minutes from the vibrant resort of Hersonisos, this villa offers an idyllic retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Interior Spaces

Designed with clean lines, high-end finishes, and an emphasis on natural light, Divel Ervin Villa can host up to 8 guests across two thoughtfully designed floors.

Ground Floor
The villa opens to a stylish open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space. A guest WC is available for convenience. Also on this level, there is a double ensuite bedroom, offering both privacy and direct access to the outdoor areas.

Upper Floor
The top floor features three elegant bedrooms:
• One double bedroom with ensuite shower room
• One additional double bedroom
• One twin bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a queen-size bed)
This floor also includes a separate shower room. All bedrooms share a spacious balcony with sea views, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Outdoor Living
The villa’s exterior is designed as an oasis of relaxation. A seasonal private swimming pool with hysro-massage function invites you to unwind, surrounded by premium loungers and a landscaped garden.

To elevate your stay, the outdoor pool that measures 50sq.m., can be gently heated to a soothing 26°C, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment even in the cooler months (from March to mid-June and again in October and November). Pool heating is available during spring and autumn and must be reserved for the full duration of your stay, with at least 4 days’ notice prior to arrival. A supplement of €80 per day applies. Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.

A shaded dining area with a modern BBQ setup provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals under the Cretan sky.
