The property is fully enclosed with high walls on all sides, providing complete privacy and security. It includes a trampoline and a swimming pool, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. The entire area is monitored by security cameras for added safety and peace of mind.

Pets are allowed with notice, and there is a pet fee.

The owner has two bicycles that he can rent to guests if needed.
This two-bedroom can accommodate up to six guests. It features a cable TV/flat-screen TV and is combined with a living room, a safety deposit box, a sofa, and a kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Smoking is allowed outside the property.
