The villa is arranged across two levels. On the pool level, guests will find a double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, and two bathrooms, one larger and one smaller, both with modern shower facilities. The upper floor features a spacious living and dining room with verandas that open to panoramic sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Air-conditioning throughout ensures a comfortable stay during the warm summer months.



Measuring 78 m², Villa Omega is ideal for families or small groups, with a sofa bed in the living room providing additional sleeping space. The interiors include flat-screen TV, soundproofing, ironing facilities, and seating areas, while outdoor dining furniture and terraces allow guests to enjoy meals in the open air with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Free private parking is available on site, and the villa is strictly non-smoking.



Guests should note that a refundable damage deposit may be required at check-in. Towels, sheets, and additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.
