The holiday apartment is lovingly and brightly furnished with individual amenities. The high-quality 3-room apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the 1st floor offers two separate bedrooms (1 flat-screen TV), a living room (flat-screen TV) with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner ceramic stove), a bathroom, and a hallway. A small rooftop balcony (loggia for 2 people) invites you to linger. The apartment accommodates 2-3 people (non-smoking). A 4th person can be accommodated upon request. Bicycle racks are available at the house (uncovered). (Please note that the apartment is not suitable for groups or clubs, and pets are unfortunately not allowed.)
