- The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for your stay, including microwave, oven and stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and capsule coffee machine.

- The house has three bedrooms prepared with premium-quality bed linen.
- One bedroom, with balcony and lake view, features a queen-size bed and private bathroom.
- The other two include: a king-size bed (convertible into two single beds) and two single beds.

BATHROOMS
- The house has two modern bathrooms with large mirrors, bathtub, and hairdryer.
- Towels are provided for all guests.

OUTDOOR AREAS
- The house has large windows and balconies with stunning views of the lake and lawn. There is also a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the lake.
- A shared swimming pool is available, perfect for relaxing on warm days.

PARKING
- Guests have access to a reserved, designated parking space inside the condominium.

Please note: this house is nestled on a first floor only accessible by stairs. It might not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
