2: One (1) well-behaved pet up to 10kg is allowed. Additional fee: €50.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
