Villa Arthemis is part of the exclusive complex in Agia Eirini, one of the most enchanting areas of Kythnos, renowned for its calm atmosphere, pristine surroundings, and sweeping views of the Aegean Sea. Located only a short distance from the charming town of Kythnos and some of the island’s most beloved beaches, including Agios Sostis and Apokrousi, the villa combines prime location with a refined holiday setting.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with a spacious living room featuring a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen invites guests to prepare meals at their leisure, with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and coffee machine provided for convenience. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and includes complimentary toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer, ensuring a relaxing stay. Guests also enjoy the use of a washing machine and streaming services such as Netflix for entertainment.



A highlight of Villa Arthemis is the pool with panoramic sea views, an inviting spot for moments of relaxation and serenity. Outdoors, guests can unwind on their private terrace or enjoy the larger communal terrace of the complex, spanning 100 m² and featuring a shared jacuzzi and barbecue facilities. Private parking is available at no additional cost, while transfers to and from Kythnos Port can be arranged for an extra charge. The villa is pet-friendly, though additional conditions may apply. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival as a guarantee against any potential damages. Daily housekeeping or additional staff services can be requested at an extra cost to further enhance the guest experience.
