Just a short drive away, guests can enjoy the traditional town of Kythnos, explore the sandy shores of Agios Sostis and Apokrousi, or spend peaceful hours on the nearby beaches of Livadaki and Schoinari, all easily accessible from the villa.



Designed with a balance of Cycladic charm and modern comfort, Villa Aris accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal choice for couples, small families, or close friends. The villa features one beautifully appointed bedroom with a double bed, complemented by a spacious living room that includes a comfortable sofa bed and a welcoming fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease, complete with refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for convenience.



Guests will appreciate thoughtful amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services including Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and soundproofed interiors ensuring privacy and comfort. A true highlight of Villa Aris are its two private balconies, each measuring 15m², furnished for dining or relaxation while overlooking the sea, garden, and mountains.



The villa offers complimentary private parking, while transfers to and from Kythnos port can be arranged for an additional fee. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to prior agreement and possible extra charges. Please note that a refundable damage deposit may be required upon arrival, ensuring peace of mind for both guests and owners. Cleaning services and hand sanitiser are also provided for your comfort and safety.
