As you step into this open-plan apartment, where the front is fully glazed, the enchanting Mediterranean vistas not only extend before you but can also be enjoyed from the inside kitchen-living-sleeping space and the outside balcony, blurring the boundaries between the studio and its surroundings.
Eutopia features:
-One large double bed or two single beds. Savor the gardens natural beauty and the captivating sea view right from the cozy comfort of your bed.
-One modern bathroom with all the essentials.
-Eutopia is equipped, amongst others, with a closet for storage and organization, air conditioning for a pleasant climate, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge for your culinary needs.
Please note that Eutopia is located on the first floor and can be accessed only by a staircase.
