More than 400 years old, this fully-restored stonemason's house is in an idyllic Etruscan mountain village, 7 miles from Susa, and 1.5 miles from the shops, bars and restaurants of Bussoleno. Surrounded by mountains, with views of the highest peak locally, Rocciamelone (3,585m), the house is intimate, private and quiet - sat by the medieval fountain and the 17th century church (the bells of which no longer ring!). The village is 25 mins from the ski slopes of Bardonecchia and 35 mins from Sestriere. Turin is 40 mins by train and car. The house has been designed for a couple, but there is a cottage next to the terrace that can be used as a second bedroom. Beautiful all-year round, this is one of the most luxuriously appointed properties in Piemonte. It is easy to access by car (with the roads cleared daily of snow), and surrounded by exquisite mountain walks, water-falls, biking trails - and with all that Susa has to offer just 15-mins distant by car.
