The property extends across two levels, offering four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as private balconies and verandas overlooking the pool or garden. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while a fourth is conveniently placed on the ground floor. In total, the sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed and six single beds that may also be converted into a queen-size option. Designed with earthy colours and quality materials, each room is a calm and inviting retreat.



On the ground floor, the villa features a bright open-plan living space with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all utensils required for meal preparation. A guest WC is also available. From the living room, large glass doors lead out to the private outdoor area where relaxation and entertainment merge seamlessly.



Guests may enjoy a private overflow swimming pool with jacuzzi, surrounded by stylish wooden sun loungers, shaded seating areas, and an outdoor dining space with a built-in barbecue. The villa’s garden and terraces provide the perfect environment for lazy afternoons, al fresco dinners, and starlit evenings by the pool. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and private parking is provided on-site.



The complex is ideally situated, just a five-minute walk from Tsilivi Beach, and close to a variety of shops, tavernas, and bars. Attractions such as the Tsilivi Water Park, the Byzantine Museum, and Dionysios Solomos Square are only a short drive away, while Zakynthos International Airport is approximately 8 km from the property.



Additional services may be arranged upon request for an extra charge, including bicycle rental, car hire, airport shuttle, daily housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning, babysitting, grocery delivery, guided tours, and local activities such as cooking classes, horse riding, water sports, and boat excursions. Pets may be allowed upon request and with possible surcharges.



Please note that a refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the villa at check-out. Any special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.
