The modern and welcoming Villa Aclando is a truly great holiday home, perfect for a romantic couple or a small family. Set within extensive gardens, air-conditioned, providing relaxing views over the surrounding olive trees and finished to the highest standard, the villa can sleep up to 7 guests in total comfort and relaxation. Thanks to its fully equipped interiors and the well furnished gardens (including a covered barbecue / dining area, children playground, large private pool), this property will be able to surprise even the most demanding guests for its traditional Cretam charm and modern comforts. Villa Aclando is a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, miles away from stress and routine, yet just 5 minutes walk away from the nearest restaurant (and supermarket) and 10 minutes drive away from Rethymno with its amazing sandy beach.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors, is finished to the highest standard and is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate). The main living area is located on the upper floor. There is a beautiful lounge with adjoining kitchen with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, and all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday (including dishwasher, oven, 4 cooking rings, breakfast bar, etc) providing direct access to the outdoor terraces with panoramic pool and countryside views. On the same floor there is also a useful shower room and a double bedroom. The 2 further bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and provide direct access to the pool and garden. There is a small lounge (with a single sofa bed), a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedrooms share a huge family bathroom with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, Villa Aclando is set to impress. The large private pool measures 8m x3.5m (depth 1.2m to 1.4m), offers lovely views over the surrounding olive trees and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. There are many furnished terraces, providing plenty of opportunities to relax enjoying the views, or spending time together enjoying the pleasant breeze. A stunning barbecue area (covered) with table and chairs will be the ideal spot for al-fresco dining. Additionally, a playground for children is available on the lawn turning Villa Aclando into a perfect family holiday home.

Scramble the combination dials to lock the door and conceal your combination 3. Close the shutter door Reminder:  The release button will open the lock until you scramble the dials.  Keep the shutter door closed to increase weather resistance and to conceal the dials from view.
