Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sol Blanca - Apartment located in a private complex with 2 swimming pools. Free a parking space and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and large terrace. Bedroom with double bed - Air Conditioning and ceiling fan. Living room - fold-out corner sofa, exit to the terrace, large chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Kitchen - fully equipped and furnished. Fridge with freezer, oven, hob, microwave. Bathroom - with shower and washing machine. Guests have at their disposal two swimming pools for adults and a separate section for small children. The apartment is ideal for families with small children. We have a cot with bedding and a blanket. A baby bathtub, delicate towels, dishes and cutlery. Sol Blanca this is perfect location.

Oleza Garden is a quiet complex located a 5-minute walk from the beach, many restaurants and bars and a 10-minute walk from the popular La Zenia Boulevard shopping center. We also recommend visiting the street market every Saturday, where you can buy not only fresh fruit and vegetables from farmers, but also local delicacies and souvenirs. Costa Blanca, the most awarded beaches in Spain. In 2024, the Costa Blanca will once again become a tourist destination, with the highest number of blue flags in Spain. The rental price includes 100 kWh per week, which equals 15 kWh per day.
This is a standard and sufficient amount for a comfortable stay, even with daily use of air
conditioning, household appliances, and lighting.
• One week is counted as 7 consecutive days (e.g. Friday to Friday), regardless of check
in or check-out time.
• We do not divide consumption by hours – only the total amount used during the stay is
considered.
What if the limit is exceeded?
If your consumption exceeds 100 kWh per week:
• Each additional 1 kWh = 1 € extra charge.
• The amount due is settled at the time of check-out.
• If the guest refuses to pay, the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Damage Deposit
• A deposit of €150 is payable upon check-in, unless it has been paid in advance at the
time of booking through one of the platforms.
• The deposit is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Refusal to pay the deposit will result in refusal to hand over the apartment keys.
• The deposit is refunded after inspection of the apartment during check-out, in the same
manner as it was paid.
