The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and is accessible by elevator. It comprises a separate bedroom with a king-size double bed fitted with an exceptionally comfortable mattress, premium linen, and soft pillows, all chosen to ensure an outstanding night’s sleep. The bedroom also includes a 32’’ flat-screen television, a spacious wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and an air-conditioning unit. The living room, styled with modern furnishings and rich decorative details, features a sofa bed, a large 50’’ 4K SMART flat-screen television with complimentary Netflix access, as well as a selection of board games for leisure moments. The décor is carefully balanced with dark grey, burgundy, and wooden tones enhanced by modern art pieces, glass tables, and stylish ornaments that create a warm and sophisticated environment.



The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate both short and long stays, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kitchenware, teapot with a selection of free teas and herbs, and all necessary cleaning products. Transfers to and from the airport or port may be arranged at an additional fee, and the staff of the complex is available to assist with any special requests.
