This brand-new 95 square meter apartment is situated on the second floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator, and offers from its private terrace a beautiful view of both the museum and the vibrant life of the surrounding neighborhood. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and a balcony, it is the perfect accommodation for couples, families, groups of friends, or business travelers seeking both relaxation and convenience.



Upon entering Apartment Ares, guests are welcomed into a bright and stylish open-plan living and dining area, tastefully decorated with modern artwork, wooden finishes, and warm lighting. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a 50’’ 4K SMART flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix, while the dining area is complemented by glass and wooden touches and comes with board games for relaxed evenings indoors. The terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, allows guests to enjoy meals or a glass of wine beneath olive trees while admiring the unique atmosphere of the Acropolis district.



The two bedrooms are designed for restful sleep, with the master bedroom offering a king-sized bed and a safe deposit box, while the second features two single beds. Both are furnished with premium quality mattresses, linen, pillows, air-conditioning, and 40’’ flat-screen TVs. The apartment’s two bathrooms are modern and artistic, finished with black, grey, and white accents, decorative pebbles, and high-end Greek toiletries, offering comfort and indulgence.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and full kitchenware, ensuring guests have everything needed for home-style dining.
