The villa accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully arranged across two independent levels, each filled with natural light and designed with a modern minimalist aesthetic inspired by the Bauhaus movement. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, and two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with open wardrobes, anatomical mattresses measuring 160x200 cm, and 32-inch Smart TVs. Two bathrooms complete this level, both with walk-in waterfall showers, premium toiletries, and plush bathrobes. The upper level is an independent open-plan studio, accessed by an exterior staircase, which includes a living and dining space, a compact kitchen, a double bed, private bathroom, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea.



The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally inviting, centred around a large private pool framed by sun terraces and surrounded by a landscaped garden. Guests can prepare meals in the built-in kitchen area, which includes a barbecue and bar, or dine al fresco under the stars at the large outdoor table. At night, clever lighting enhances the atmosphere, transforming the grounds into a magical retreat.



Every detail of Villa Thea Mare has been carefully curated to ensure both beauty and practicality. Double-glazed windows provide peace and quiet, while air conditioning keeps the interiors cool during summer. The villa also includes a washing machine for guest use, ensuring convenience for longer stays. A children’s highchair is available, making the property family-friendly.



Guests should be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A security deposit is required on arrival to cover potential damages, and this is fully refundable subject to inspection at check-out. Additional services such as daily housekeeping, private chef experiences, or yacht and boat hire can be arranged upon request for an extra charge, ensuring that every stay may be tailored to individual preferences. Utilities, including water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, are included in the rental price, while pool maintenance and garden care are handled by staff discreetly to avoid disturbing guests.



Lygia itself is renowned for its fresh fish tavernas, charming cafes, and calm, swimmable waters.
