The living room opens onto a terrace with a private pool of 28 m2, where you can enjoy the sun and refreshment away from the city bustle.
Free private parking is available for guests, and children will especially enjoy the children's playground located in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which cools the entire space during warmer days. Pets are free (max. 1). More pets on request and for an additional fee.
