Back indoors, the seating area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining table that seats 4 people. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. The sleek, modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Location
The apartment is in a very quiet location but close to the amenities of Stresa and the lakeside beaches.

Stresa is best known for its grand art deco villas and elegant hotels. Its lakefront promenade gives visitors the perfect location for admiring both the lake and the town. Stresa hosts many international cultural festivals, including cinematic and musical events throughout the year.

The Borromean Islands make a wonderful day out. Visitors can discover beautiful villas, gardens and churches. There are regular ferries to the islands from Stresa.

For self-catering, Stresa’s market (Friday mornings) is a treasure trove for the best local produce. Otherwise, there are many excellent grocery shops and supermarkets close by.

Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 50-minute drive.
