A few minutes' walk from the beautiful Cala Crancs, this accommodation is perfect for relaxing while listening to the sound of the sea from its spacious terrace with direct views of the Mediterranean. The residential complex offers a large swimming pool with sea views open during the season and a multi-purpose court for football and basketball. The apartment is located next to the Salou Lighthouse, ideal for disconnecting away from the hustle and bustle, in a natural environment surrounded by coves and vegetation. Very close by begins the famous "Camino de Ronda", one of the most emblematic routes of the Costa Dorada, with viewpoints and spectacular views. The coastal path, viewpoints and coves make Cap Salou a perfect place to enjoy nature and practice sports throughout the year.



The apartment has been partially renovated and furnished with very good taste, combining comfort and functionality.



LAYOUT

With 2 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of up to 5 people, it is distributed as follows:

- Living-dining room with air conditioning and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer).

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed (capacity for 3 people).

- Bathroom with shower.

- Spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying impressive sea views and pleasant family evenings.



TO HIGHLIGHT

- No group bookings are accepted. Accommodation exclusively for families.

- Accommodation NOT ACCESSIBLE for wheelchair users (there are stairs to access the entrance and the lift). It is also not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Pets are accepted with a supplement and size restrictions. Only dogs 10-15 Kg maximum.

- Optional parking with supplement in the same building. Suitable only for cars. Large vehicles do not fit. No lift from parking to accommodation.

- Outdoor communal swimming pool open during the summer season (01/05 - 30/09).

- Tourist tax not included in the price. Key collection is done at Universal Holiday Centre offices (Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou). Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival, including occupant details in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and full payment.



EXTRA

If you want to enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean, do not miss the route of the viewpoints of Cap Salou. From Punta del Cavall to Cala Morisca and the Salou Lighthouse, you will discover unique corners for photography and the best sunsets. The lighthouse, built in 1858, is still in operation and is surrounded by native vegetation that completes a privileged natural environment.
