Its hillside setting offers breathtaking views of the surrounding fields, forests, and rolling Chianti hills, best enjoyed from the spacious balcony terraces and the unique heatable infinity pool set beneath a roof, perfect for all-weather  enjoyment.



Just 200 meters from the house, there is an excellent local restaurant, while Gaiole, with its restaurants, small shops, and a COOP supermarket, is quickly reachable by car. The villa is located in the heart of the Chianti region, providing easy access to the famous wineries and castles of the area. Siena, San Gimignano, and Florence are also conveniently accessible for day trips.

The stone-built villa is set on the edge of the medieval hamlet of Barbischio and blends in beautifully with its natural environment. The outdoor space features two balconies and a large terrace which is perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the magnificent views, enhanced by terracotta pots brimming with vibrant Mediterranean plants.
