Located just 400 meters from the golden sandy shores of Plaja Grande in southeast Sicily, this is the perfect base for a sun-soaked beach holiday or cultural getaway. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this property is perfect for families or small groups. The home offers easy access to the region’s Baroque jewels, including Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Noto.
The 90 sqm home is set over two levels. On the ground floor, an open terrace with an alfresco dining and lounge overlooks the private swimming pool. There is cosy summer kitchen and a main kitchen/dining space (with oven, freezer, microwave) that opens into a living room with a double sofa bed. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with access to a panoramic terrace, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
