In a 14th century building scrupulously restored respecting its historical character, Dimora Rigoletto is a bright and elegant apartment with a loft, designed with the utmost care and furnished with modern taste.

The characteristic exposed beams and frescoes with a fake vair motif illuminated by LEDs in the upper part of the walls and the parquet reflect the history of the building, harmoniously contrasting the modern and contemporary style of the furniture and the designer kitchen, designed to ensure our guests an unforgettable stay with maximum comfort in the wonderf ul city of Verona.

The 80 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of Palazzo San Giorgio and can be reached by elevator. After a couple of steps in the entrance, Dimora Rigoletto opens onto a bright living room with a comfortable relaxation area with two elegant sofas, one of which can become a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and smart TV.

Behind the sofas is a large designer kitchen full of natural light thanks to the large French windows and also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The open-space living area is completed by an elegant glass dining table and a large four-door wardrobe.

The natural light that floods the living area is enhanced by the tones of the mustard, white and grey furnishings that recall the shades of the frescoes of the building and enhance the contrast between the modernity of the black wrought iron loft and the history that can still be felt in this home today.

A bathroom consisting of a large shower and mustard-coloured designer sanitary fixtures and a laundry closet equipped with a washing machine complete the first level of the apartment, from which the black wrought iron stairs start that lead to the loft on the upper floor with the sleeping area.

Here there is a comfortable double bed, an armchair and bedside tables and it is possible to enjoy up close the beauty of the wooden beams and of the frescoes in the upper area of the walls decorated with the closure of a decoration with a fake vaio motif illuminated and enhanced by LED lights, flanked by the fine geometric-style railing of the loft in a prestigious mix of history and modernity.

Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the apartment is completed by a large private terrace that can be accessed from the elegant French windows of the living room.

Overlooking the internal courtyard of Palazzo San Giorgio, the large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner in the open air or read a good book while enjoying a glass of wine. Please note that payment for your reservation is managed directly by our agency. You will receive an email when each payment is due, with details on how to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The first 50% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
