In a 14th century building scrupulously restored respecting its historical character, Dimora Norma is a welcoming and elegant apartment, designed with the utmost care and furnished with modern taste.

The frescoes dating back to the second half of the 14th century with their complex geometric and floral decoration reproduce the appearance of precious fabrics typical of the city homes of the noble Scaligeri of the time.

The medieval masonry with well-ordered river pebbles, the splendid frescoed niche, the painted coffered ceiling and the parquet harmoniously marry the modern and contemporary style of the furniture and the designer kitchen, designed to guarantee our guests an unforgettable stay with maximum comfort in the wonderful city of Verona.

The 55 square meter apartment is located on the second floor of Palazzo San Giorgio and can be reached by elevator. Both the living room and the bedroom of Dimora Norma are decorated with frescoes with refined interlocking geometric patterns in bright colors and enriched with tiny inflorescences that recall those present in the Castelvecchio Museum and are combined with the exposed medieval masonry and the wooden ceilings decorated in the 1920s with four-pointed stars in alternating shades of red and blue.

The bright living room is furnished with an elegant sofa, which can become a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, bookcase, smart TV and a fully equipped designer kitchen also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. An elegant crystal dining table completes the living area.

The elegant bathroom is composed of a large shower, sage-colored designer sanitary ware and is also equipped with a washing machine located in the corridor that leads to the sleeping area.

The cozy double bedroom is a treasure chest of history and elegance: in front of the comfortable double bed you can admire a wall frescoed with geometric and floral motifs and a band of decorations with vegetal scrolls and figures in long robes, which combine with the typical medieval masonry and the painted ceiling. The most notable element is the niche in the center of the wall, decorated with figures of saints and the iconic Saint George on horseback intent on defeating the dragon. The bedroom is also furnished with a desk, a small armchair and a large wardrobe.

Perfect for a romantic stay as well as with family or friends, the apartment is completed by a small balcony that can be accessed from the French window in the living room overlooking Via Pigna and where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the open air. Please note that payment for your reservation is managed directly by our agency. You will receive an email when each payment is due, with details on how to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The first 50% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
