Upon entering, you are welcomed into the bright and inviting living room, furnished with comfortable seating. From here, you have direct access to the balcony with ocean view – a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning or relax with a snack in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. From the kitchen, you can access the second balcony, where the washing machine is located – practical for longer stays.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or family members. Both bedrooms are modern and functionally designed.
There are two well-maintained bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink – offering added convenience, especially when staying with multiple guests.
The entire apartment is equipped with a built-in air conditioning system (hot/cold), ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round. Guests also have access to the community swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days.

1: That the lot next to the Apartment is under construction, which may cause noise pollution during the day (there is a construction freeze in Spain in August).
2: Bicycles are not permitted in the apartment or stairwell
3: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
7: Electric cars are not allowed in the underground garage of the complex.
However, it is not a problem in the other parking area.
