The building has a shared rooftop with an outdoor siting area and a view to the Acropolis hill.

Just steps from Monastiraki and the Acropolis hill, Psirri is one of Athens' most vibrant neighborhoods. Its narrow streets are filled with colorful street art, artisan shops, cozy cafes, and lively tavernas. The Building is just 2 minutes walking distance from Monastiraki Metro station, and 6 minutes from Omonia station. There are some parking lots around the area, but not many street parking spots.

- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

- Smoking is allowed only at the patio and the shared rooftop on the top floor.

- The tap water is drinkable.

- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighbours.
