The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making meal prep easy. From the living room, step onto a generous balcony with a seating area and a relaxing hammock—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The balcony also includes a cozy study nook with a work corner and plush pillows, ideal for catching up on work or enjoying a good book. Zen Wave is fully equipped for both short and long stays, ensuring a comfortable visit.

•⁠ ⁠Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

•⁠ ⁠Smoking is allowed only at the balconies.

•⁠ ⁠The tap water is drinkable.

•⁠ ⁠No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighborhood.
