A quiet apartment in Exarchia, the most interesting area of Athens. A two-room apartment for couples, families and friends.You can find endless number of cool cafes and restaurants, as well as record shops and book shops. Also, it is a walking distance from any tourists site.
The apartment is modern and pleasant, with all the comforts for a perfect stay.

Spacious two-room apartment, bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe, large living room with sofa that turns into bed if needed, spacious and equipped kitchen, exit to balcony from each room, toilet with large shower. Bright apartment, cozy and inviting.

Exarchia is famous for its graffiti art and the anarchy movement, the streets of Exarchia is exiting and fresh, and there is always something going on around,

On Saturday there is a farmers market 200m from the apartment on Kalidroumio Street.

There is a parking spots in the area, but also a parking for pay if you want to be sure, other wise you can get here by bus metro , for more info pls contact

Athens is a great city, as a new resident I’m exploring this amazing country and enjoying meeting local Greek friends all the time ... come to visit

•⁠ ⁠Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

•⁠ ⁠Smoking is allowed only at the balconies.

•⁠ ⁠The tap water is drinkable.

•⁠ ⁠No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighborhood.
