It houses several bedrooms including a double bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and terrace access offering stunning sea views. Additional bedrooms on this level offer garden views and natural light, each with their own en-suite facilities.



The ground floor serves as the main entrance and includes another living room with Smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the outdoor pool area. Adjacent to this is another fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for entertaining guests, complemented by a guest WC.



The upper floor houses the master suite which features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a walk-in closet, and access to a private balcony with spectacular sea views. Other bedrooms on this floor include a double and a twin/double, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to private balconies overlooking different aspects of the villa’s surroundings.



Outside, Villa Eliade boasts an infinity swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds, a pool shower, and beautifully manicured gardens. There are multiple shaded dining areas and lounging spots, along with a fully equipped barbecue area featuring a wood-fire pizza oven and a ping pong table for entertainment.



A damage deposit of EUR 1,500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
