Villa Thalassía is an elegant and expansive retreat nestled on a hillside above the tranquil Agios Sostis beach, offering breathtaking views over Panormos Bay and direct access to one of Mykonos’ most untouched stretches of coastline. Within just two minutes on foot, guests can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and natural serenity of Agios Sostis, a peaceful beach free of bars or clubs, and home to the celebrated Kiki’s Tavern, a traditional, family-run lunch spot tucked behind the church.



This fully renovated villa spans 463 square metres and is set within a private 4,000 square metre estate. It features seven en-suite bedrooms and accommodates up to fourteen guests across three levels and two detached guest suites, each offering either sea, garden or secluded views. The villa’s interior includes two stylish living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in all rooms, and a dedicated laundry area. Outside, the private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and two distinct lounge and dining areas with a barbecue and shaded garden terraces for al fresco living.



Guests benefit from modern comforts including air conditioning throughout, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, safe boxes, an alarm system, and discreet security cameras. Daily light cleaning is provided, along with bi-weekly linen changes, professional pool and garden maintenance, and round-the-clock support. The location allows for quick access to Mykonos Town, the airport, ports, and a range of both northern and southern beaches, ensuring convenience without compromising privacy.



Please note that Villa Thalassía does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. A damage deposit of €3,000 is required in cash upon arrival, refundable at check-out following a satisfactory inspection.
