Designed as three distinct sections, Villa Sea Star comprises the Main House over two levels, a Lower Level, and an Independent Guest House, all of which are thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and comfort for up to 12 guests. The Main House welcomes you into a light-filled open-plan space with a living room, dining area, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly connected to the shaded outdoor lounge, dining terrace, and the stunning infinity pool with panoramic views over the Aegean. On the upper floor, two elegant master suites each enjoy their own en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, and sweeping sea and sunset vistas.



On the lower level, three further master bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms, while one also includes a convenient kitchenette. This level also hosts a versatile space with gym equipment, hammam, a comfortable sofa, and en-suite bathroom, which can be converted into an extra bedroom upon request. Completing the accommodation is the independent Guest House, featuring a king-size bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and private veranda with garden access—ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.



The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive, centred around a 5x15m infinity pool with hydromassage, flanked by sunbeds, an open-air stone bar, a BBQ area, and ample lounge and dining space for al fresco entertaining. An exterior shower and additional bathroom are conveniently located near the pool area, and the villa also includes private parking for up to four vehicles.



Inside, Villa Sea Star is outfitted with premium design and technology, including Smeg kitchen appliances, a home cinema projector, Samsung TVs in all rooms, Bluetooth speaker, a Mitsubishi cooling system with air conditioning throughout, mosquito screens, traditional wooden frames, and a secure alarm system.



Guests benefit from daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice per week, professional pool maintenance, and 24/7 local support. Laundry and ironing services are also available upon request for an additional charge.



This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of €3,000 in cash is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
