Villa Almyra is a serene and luxurious Cycladic residence offering uninterrupted views over the Aegean Sea, nestled in a privileged location just a short drive from the vibrant centre of Mykonos and the iconic Psarou beach. Spread across 350 square metres of stylish living space on a 1,500m² plot, this villa perfectly balances elegant design with a relaxed island atmosphere. It comprises a two-level main house and two independent guest houses, accommodating up to 14 guests across seven en-suite bedrooms.





The interiors are defined by clean lines, tasteful furnishings, and natural light, while the exteriors provide a collection of shaded and open-air lounging and dining areas. Guests may unwind beside the main swimming pool, enjoy a soak in the pool spa with sea views, or relax under the pergolas that offer shelter from the midday sun. Indoors, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining space, and a living room with a fireplace provide all the comforts of home. The villa also includes smart TVs, a sound system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and safety features such as a private parking area for up to four cars.





Accommodation includes a ground-level guest house with an en-suite bedroom and auxiliary kitchen, and four bedrooms on the upper level of the main house, including a master suite with a private sea-view terrace. A second guest house offers two additional en-suite bedrooms, a living room, and kitchenette, with views over both the sea and pool.





Guests of Villa Almyra benefit from daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice weekly, and attentive pool and garden maintenance. Located just 4.3km from Mykonos Town and within easy reach of the island’s most fashionable beaches and beach clubs, the villa offers both privacy and proximity to everything Mykonos has to offer.





Please note, Villa Almyra does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. A damage deposit of €3,000 is required on arrival in cash, which will be refunded in full upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
