The property includes several listed historic buildings, including a 17th-century flour mill, farmhouse, and caretaker’s house, all part of the Architectural Heritage Inventory of Catalonia. Recently restored, these buildings now serve as rural holiday homes, thoughtfully renovated to maintain their original charm while offering all modern comforts.

The Interior of Pairal de Pobia:
The main house and annex (Caseta) offer a total capacity of up to 28 guests, distributed with 8 bedrooms in the main house and 4 bedrooms in the Caseta. Most of the rooms are en-suite bedrooms.
