This modern apartment is a charming combination of contemporary design with alpine touches. It is on the 1st floor of an attractive residence in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx. The apartment sleeps 4 people is ideal for friends or family and makes a wonderful holiday destination throughout the year.

The open-plan living area is panelled with pale wood to give it a cosy, cabin-like feel. It is full of light thanks to the French windows which lead out to the private balcony. Here, guests can sit at the café-style table and chairs, to enjoy the lush countryside.

Back indoors, there is an attractive sofa, with a TV and a dining table for 4. Next to this is a fitted kitchenette that is equipped with an induction hob, mokka coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The residence has a lovely, shared, garden with mature trees and picnic tables where guests can enjoy meals in the fresh mountain air.

Bedroom: The bedroom, which is also panelled with wood, has a king-size double bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The separate bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Location
The apartment is in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx, which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year. It is surrounded by spectacular mountains, forests and meadows. The apartment is close to all the amenities including a supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Sauze d’Oulx is the centre of a lively culinary scene focusing on traditional Alpine and Piedmontese dishes. The town hosts a vibrant farmers’ market every Friday in Viale Genevris (2-minute drive) where you can pick up the best local ingredients.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Via Lattea” or Milky Way network of 400km of slopes. The apartment is a 1-minute drive from the ski lift which links to the extensive network. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains. The region also hosts many cultural events and festivals throughout the year. There is always plenty to keep visitors busy.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment.
