total comfort. Upstairs, a bright, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large panoramic terrace
with sweeping views of the sea, the island of Skiathos, and the hilltop village of Glossa.
Only a 6-minute walk to the beach, with traditional tavernas and a local market nearby. Full
amenities and shops available in Glossa (2 km).

Nestled within a large courtyard shaded by a majestic cork oak and lemon trees, the house
features, on the ground floor, three large bedrooms (two with twin beds, one with a double
bed), two spacious bathrooms, and a laundry area.
An internal staircase from the cozy living room with a fireplace leads to a very large kitchen,
which opens onto a terrace offering panoramic views: on one side, the sea and the island of
Skiathos, and on the other, the hilltop village of Glossa.
The house is just a 6-minute walk from the beach. Loutraki is a quiet village with several
traditional tavernas and a small supermarket. In nearby Glossa (2 km away), you'll find a full
range of shops and amenities.
