📍Location
The property is located on a secondary road, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The pool is open at all times, and no one will stop your 2 AM swim time.
🛋️ Living Area
Equipped with AC, TV, and a sofa. It is the perfect place for gathering together to get a break from the sun.
🍳 Kitchen
Very well illuminated with natural light and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Fire up the outdoor grill and make unforgettable memories dining together. The kitchen terrace is covered, providing shade at all times, great for lunchtime!
🛏️ Bedrooms
There are five stylish bedrooms, four of which are located in the historic part of the building that features old limestone arches and exposed wooden pillars. The design of the house ensures that these four rooms are well isolated from the heat. All the bedrooms feature their own en-suite with a shower for added privacy and comfort.
🌞 Terrace
Step outside to the spacious terrace that looks out over Gozo’s peaceful landscape with distant sea views. Perfect for relaxation, watching the sunset in the evening and the stars at night (even better if inside the pool).
🧘♂️Comfort & Convenience
The apartment has a fan ceiling in every room, AC in the living room, Wi-Fi in the kitchen and a laundry washing sink.
🔑Access
24/7 access to all the farmhouse's amenities, including the pool. You can use the whole property except for the garage, which will be locked.
⚠️⚠️⚠️ Essential notes before booking ⚠️⚠️⚠️
1. The AC is available only in the living room. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not highlight this on the main page, but only says 'Beat the heat with the AC and ceiling fan'. Please note that if you check the amenities room by room, you will see that the AC is only listed in the living room. No additional fans can be provided.
2. We have noise policies; therefore, when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.
*Not abiding by these rules can result in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
3. Smoking inside the property is not permitted, and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
4. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected. Unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we do provide sprays and traps when needed.
*So far, we are happy to report that no issues have been noticed when guests made sure no food was left outside
5. Please note that all the king beds are two single beds attached.
6. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide; putting the waste at the right time is imperative, as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured for the number of guests you book.
If you will be having any other guests, it is essential to obtain permission first; a nightly fee may be charged for the extra guest.
8. The property is developed on two floors. You find the kitchen and living room on the first floor and the rooftop on the second floor. Please note that this house features many stairs, making it less ideal for individuals with mobility issues. Also, the stairs from the first floor to the rooftop are slightly narrow. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the ground floor; room 4 is on the first floor and room 5 is on the second floor. For rooms 1 and 2, it is necessary to pass outside from the courtyard to reach the kitchen, living room and rooftop.
9. While limestone creates a nice atmosphere and isolates the room from the heat, it also creates stone dust. This happens with all limestone, but especially with old limestone.
10. Please note that room availability changed based on the number of guests as follows:
1-2 guest/s -> Access to 1 rooms;
3-4 guests -> Access to 2 rooms;
4-6 guests -> Access to 3 rooms;
6-8 guests -> Access to 4 rooms;
8+ guests -> Access to all 5 rooms.
A supplement can be paid to access more rooms if needed.
11. During the check-in, the security deposit of €250 will be collected if it has not been paid in advance via a bank transfer. The deposit will be returned entirely to the guest within 7 days from check-out if no damages or extra charges are incurred.
