The bright living area with a sofa and TV invites you to relax, while the open-plan kitchen with a dining area has everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals – from a refrigerator to dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. Bed linen and towels are included; please bring your own bath and shower towels. On the covered balcony, you can enjoy the tranquility of the morning or the sunset after a day at the lake or in the mountains – with a coffee in hand and a view of nature. Your four-legged friends are also welcome – for relaxing vacation days with your favorite four-legged friend.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
