Newly built in 2025, the second villa offers a more compact but equally refined experience. Perfect for couples or small families, it mirrors the design and comfort of the larger villa in a cozier format.



Decorated in soft greys and whites, the villa features two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. Each bedroom includes twin beds with the option to be converted into a king bed, 42" smart TVs, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and direct access to the pool terrace.



In the center, the open-plan living area and modern kitchen connect to the outdoor space through full-length glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A guest WC is also included for convenience.



The outdoor area offers a private pool with hydromassage, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue setup – all within a thoughtfully landscaped space that ensures both comfort and seclusion.
